1. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Admission requirements place emphasis in
individual commitment to professional and
educational goals and objectives. In
general, those who are over 18 years of age,
demonstrate a desire to learn, and possess a
High School Diploma or a General Equivalency
Diploma (G.E.D) are eligible to apply to
Newton International College. Applicants
must pass an aptitude test given by Newton
International College and have an interview
with an Admissions Representative. The final
determination of an applicant is based on
the aptitude test results, prior education,
motivation, and general capability to pursue
a chosen program. Each applicant is assessed
on an individual basis. In the case of ESL
programs, a student under 18 may be admitted
with the consent of the parents or
guardians.

2. APPLICATION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
To obtain an I-20 Form from Newton
International College, international
students are required to submit the
following document

English from the high school or
college you most recently attended.

Both an affidavit of
financial support from your parents
or other sources and a bank
statement verifying their support
for your expenses during your stay
at Newton International College.

transferring from other schools in
the United States, you must provide
the I-20 from that school, a copy of
your passport, and a Transfer
Eligibility Report (Word
or
PDF). |

After all the documents are turned in, an
I-20 A-B or an I-20 M-N will be issued
either to help international students obtain
a student visa (F-1) from the American
Embassy or to process students’ transfer to
Newton International College.
3. COURSE ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY
All course offered by Newton International
College are open to enrollment by any person
who has been admitted to the College,
completed the Enrollment Agreement, and
arranged for payment of tuition and fees.
4. DEADLINES
We have six 8-week sessions
per year. We will accept applications
throughout the year.
5. I-20 Processing
Please note that the
I-20 document may take up three to seven
working days to process.
